This weeks Maths focus is - Time

 

There are 3 activities for each day.

1. Complete the PowerPoint (this can be through discussion but you can write answers down if you want to)

2. Complete Act 1. 

3. Complete Act 2.

 

For activities 1 and 2 you will need to select the sheet that is best suited to your maths ability. 

At the bottom on each page it will either say 'developing, expected or greater depth'. 

During maths lessons at school the children would have been familiar with the terms ' spicy, hot, fiery and extreme' this is how the work is differentiated. 

 

If your child completed the spicy or hot work they will need to complete the developing work.

If your child completed the fiery work they will need to complete the expected work.

If your child competed the extreme work they will need to complete the greater depth work.

As this weeks work is on time please reinforce the work that your child completes by asking your child the time at regular intervals and other practical activites.
